Your Advisor will develop a personal relationship with you through insightful communication highlighting our core beliefs, investment outlook, and management philosophy. At all times when providing Financial Advice to a Client, a CFP® professional must act as a fiduciary, and therefore, act in the best interests of the Client.

Recommendations Based Upon Your Needs

You have the right to professional, independent, and sound advice based upon your defined needs, risk tolerances, and goals. Through holistic planning your needs are well defined and constantly monitored.

Confidentiality

You have the right to protection and confidentiality of your personal information that we obtain as your investment team.  We promise to protect your information. See our privacy policy for additional details.

Accuracy

You have the right to accurate reporting of all accounts. Your statements will identify all account positions held, cash receipts, and disbursements made through your accounts with us

Transparency

You have the right to a transparent relationship that clearly defines the costs for portfolio management, transactions, and advisory services. All communications from our team will strive to be clear and concise. If you have a question, it is our duty to answer it for you in an understandable way.

Prompt Response

You have the right to be communicated to in a timely manner and the right to a prompt response from our team. As your Trusted Advisor, we commit to returning calls by the end of each business day. Should you require additional research, our team will set a defined time frame to return your call.

Education

You have the right to continual education throughout our relationship. Through education, our team will project reasonable expectations and achievable scenarios in the development and constant monitoring of your financial plan.

Excellent Service

You have the right to excellent service from all of our team members. Portfolio transactions will be processed in a timely manner and with prompt confirmation. All interactions with our team will be professionally handled.
